Kindle Elbow

In the autumn of 2010 we bought a Kindle, the original one with keyboard, wifi only.

I am prone to RSI (repetitive stress injury) and about every year I need to shift the mouse hand. In February and March 2012 I read a lot on my Kindle - about 2 to 3 books a week. And then I developed a Kindle elbow! The left elbow worse than the right. It feels just like the golf elbow I got in 2003, which is another variation of the better known tennis elbow. Of course I ignored it at first, until it got really bad.

Thought I was the first in the world, googled "Kindle elbow", but alas, see here, 18 months before me!

It took about 6 months to get over the worst pain, but I still feel it a bit - and have to be very careful not to hold my tablet "Paddy" in my left hand.
